Turn a community problem into a business idea you can test, pitch, and grow in 90 days.
65 million young adults worldwide are qualified, capable, and ready. Still unemployed. Not because they lack talent. Because they were taught to wait for jobs a broken system was never going to deliver. It is time to stop waiting and start building.

Build It Own It is for young adults ages 18 to 30 who are ready to turn a real community problem into a business idea they can test, pitch, and grow over 90 days.
This program is for young builders who are tired of waiting for jobs and are ready to learn how to create solutions, serve their communities, and build something of their own.
The program is open to young adults worldwide through three ways to join.
Everyone receives the same live coaching, tools, community, checkpoints, and final Builder Showcase · All payments in USD
This is a 90-day commitment. All payments are final. If you have questions before enrolling, please reach out before you pay at info@ruthakumbu.com
You went to school. You studied hard. You graduated. You updated your CV, wrote the cover letters, attended the job fairs. And then you waited. The callback never came.
The companies you applied to are not thinking about you. They are thinking about their business. It is time to think about yours.
Unemployment is not your fault. But staying there is a choice. The job market was not designed to absorb everyone who deserves a chance. A business you build has no such limit.
The most dangerous thing you can do right now is wait one more year for a door that was never going to open. Stop waiting. Start building.
This is not a motivational course. It is a three-phase method that takes you from the problem you see in your community to a business with paying customers. You will not leave with only an idea. You will leave with a tested business concept, a clear offer, and a pitch-ready plan to keep building.
Author of The Million-Dollar Mind
Dr. Ruth Akumbu is the founder of RA Global and the creator of the methodology behind this program. Her work is built on one conviction: the capacity to build is already present in communities. What is missing is the structure to turn it into something real.
She has spent years working with professionals and communities across Africa and the diaspora, not teaching theory, but building frameworks that produce documented, repeatable outcomes.
She is not offering inspiration. She is offering a method, with a personal commitment to stay with you until it works.
The program is the same for everyone. The rates are different so young builders from different economic contexts can access the same opportunity.
What everyone receives in the 90-day program
If you show up to every session, complete every phase, and engage honestly with every milestone checkpoint, and you still do not feel confident about your business concept by the end of 90 days, reach out. I am committed to the growth of every participant who shows up and does the work.
At the end of the program, every participant has the opportunity to present what they built. One project wins a cash award to keep building.
Your pitch should cover the problem you identified, the business idea you built around it, who you are serving, and what you tested or plan to do next.
The $500 Best Project Award is not guaranteed to every participant and is not a refund or payment for participation. Participants must submit their pitch by the deadline to be considered. The program team may review voting results to ensure fairness.
Sponsors may also contribute to the Builder Award Fund to help provide additional prizes for the final showcase. Contact us to contribute.
Every month you wait is a month of income you will never recover. The businesses that will create jobs in your community will not be built by people who waited. They will be built by people who decided.
