Why is the cohort limited to 12 people?

Because premium outcomes require real attention. A cohort of 12 is large enough to generate meaningful shared learning and small enough for every person to be seen, heard, and held accountable. This is a design decision, not a scarcity tactic.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. The program can be paid in full at $10,000 or monthly installments of $1,000. Paying in full saves $2,000 and is the option most aligned with the commitment this program requires.

I already have a coaching business. Is this still relevant?

Yes. In fact, having an existing coaching business gives you an advantage. You already have clients, results, and real experience to work with. The Value Ledger helps you look at what you have built, put an accurate number on it, and charge in a way that finally matches the value you deliver. Many coaches with an existing practice will discover they were sitting on more than they realized.

How much time does this require each week?

Plan for approximately 3 to 4 hours per week, including the live session and the work between sessions. This is not passive learning. The program requires real engagement and real implementation. That is what makes it worth $8,000.

Is private coaching available?

The cohort is the recommended way to experience this work because it provides structure, momentum, community, and consistent implementation support.
